Returns
You have 30 days from the purchase date to return an item for a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals included.
- A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-returnable items:
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or similar items).
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged upon arrival).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
- In some cases, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or a replacement due to a defect? Contact us at RegenEaseclients@gmail.com before sending your item back.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:

- We will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.
